Building scheme combining affordable housing and luxury living
The building scheme involved transforming the site of a former theatre school, a disused Victorian building and a parking area. The following was sold to create much-needed affordable housing.
The project involved renovating a 19th-century coach house into 14 luxury apartments. These were sold to Onward Homes.
We also achieved planning permission for a further 59 apartments and sold the land to Regenda Homes to develop.
