Virtue Developments evolved from Exclusive Developments. We have a vision to change how developers work in Liverpool and want to be held up as the gold standard for property development in the North West.

Both directors are passionate about creating positive living and working spaces and developments that create value for the wider community.
Non-Fractional Sales
At Virtue Developments, we believe in investing our own money and not the buyers. That’s why we fund all our projects ourselves using forward funding or non-fractional sales.
We want to ensure that development projects do not fail or disadvantage buyers. This approach ensures that we are fully invested in delivering a successful build.
Our Partners
We collaborate with property partners, solicitors and sales agents who are passionate about changing the industry and love Liverpool as much as we do. Virtue Developments also work closely with construction companies and housing agencies packaging up full building schemes.
Studio RBA provides a “refreshing approach to design” and they act as our key architect. The team always provide stunning visualisations and considered plans for our Liverpool developments.
Savills Liverpool and PIRES Real Estate agencies act as consultants and sales and lettings partners for our residential and commercial properties. Both have an excellent reputation for providing exceptional service, branding and customer care.
We also work closely with Equans Construction sourcing land deals and creating attractive packages for commercial developments.
