Transformation of a former derelict building

Construction work renovated this un-finished building into 67, one and two-bedroom luxury apartments. We also restored the façade to improve the external look of the building.

As we do with all projects, a 10% deposit was taken from buyers and held with solicitors. The remainder of the payment was taken on completion.

With fabulous views of the River Mersey and the Liverpool skyline, these Mersey View apartments sold very well.
