About Virtue Developments
Co-founders, David Ayem and Mark Scanlon head up our new property development company – Virtue Developments.
Both David and Mark were part of the Award-Wining Exclusive Investments Group, which completed high-quality developments in excess of £50 million GDV.
Today, Virtue Developments has evolved, with a new mission to provide better builds, better funding models and a commitment to deliver building schemes without fail.
We want to change the perception of Liverpool developers and demonstrate “virtuous” practices toward our partners, buyers and stakeholders. Our mission is to deliver projects that benefit communities across Liverpool and the North West.

Virtue Developments are committed to rebuilding, transforming and reshaping spaces in Liverpool into vibrant places that are integrated into the fabric of the community. To do this, we work with all stakeholders to make positive impacts on the area.
We believe our developments should positively impact local people, local businesses and the local community. We make it a prerequisite that our schemes must employ a local supply chain. We also favour projects where there is an opportunity to provide jobs or improve the area for future generations.
